Highlands

Denver Real EstateThe Highlands was founded in 1858 when Denver founder William H. Larimer Jr., crossed the Platte River to explore the bluffs northwest of Denver. Reverend Walter M. Potter bought and later sold the 320-acrea area, which became home to many Scottish, German, Italian, and English immigrants in the 1890s. Some of Denver’s most architecturally diverse buildings call the Highlands home.
