Washington Park West

This neighborhood features mostly Victorian or bungalow-style homes built from 1900 to the 1940s. Within walking distance to Washington Park, sitting on 165 acres and featuring 54 flower beds, a 2.6-mile jogging path, a recreation center, two lakes, several playing fields, tennis courts, and two playgrounds (one of which is handicap accessible). Homes in the neighborhood are date back almost 100 years, although many have been remodeled or added to.
