Jefferson Park has become a major player in the Denver neighborhood scene. With its close proximity to downtown, the Highlands and I-25, this up and coming starlet has a lot to offer. Single family homes from the late 19th century stand next to apartment complexes built in the 1950s, which serve as a complete contrast to the newer and more modern apartment buildings that are rising up in revitalized areas. With the emergence of a small shopping district, local cafes, small eateries and specialty shops, the popularity of this neighborhood will only continue to grow in the coming years.
