Sloan’s Lake is a hip, young community just northwest of downtown. Denver’s second-largest park, Sloan’s Lake Park, offers residents a beautiful place to fish, water ski, jet ski, picnic and bird watching. Surrounding the lake are two playgrounds for kids to enjoy with amazing mountain views. Homes in the surrounding neighborhood range from classic brick ranches, detached and attached single family homes, classic tudors, row homes, and condos that are all surrounded by tree lined residential streets. This neighborhood is surrounded by restaurants, pubs, boutiques and shops. It is located very close to popular Highlands Square shopping and is just a short drive or bike ride to downtown. The scenic walking paths surrounding the lake offer incredible views of the downtown skyline and the Rocky Mountains.
